Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued notification no. 25/2025 dated 03.04.2025 to hereby make the following rules further to amend the Income-tax Rules, 1962, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2A) of section 139AA read with section 295 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961)
