Courts Must Notify Income Tax Dept. Of Rs. 2 Lakh And Above Cash Transaction Claims In Suits: Supreme Court
The Honorable Supreme Court has directed Courts to intimate the jurisdictional Income tax department upon the filing of suits involving cash transactions of Rs. 2,00,000 and above, violating the provision of section 269ST of the Income tax Act.
