CBDT notifies Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority for the exemption
CBDT issued Notification No. 25/2024/F. No. 300196/17/2021-ITA-I dated 01.03.2024. It notifies exemption under clause (46) of section 10 of Income Tax, Act 1961 to Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority’ (PAN AAAGU0671E) in respect of specified income.
