Department of Revenue issued OFFICE ORDER No. TMS – 08/2025 dated 01.09.2025 to hereby appoint Shri Ananda Satpathy, Odisha Finance Service (Retired) to the post of Technical Member (State) in Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) for the bench located in the state of Odisha at Cuttack. His salary is Rs. 2,50,000/- (fixed) p.m. for a period of four years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till attaining the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier in terms of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (Appointment and Conditions of Service of President and Members) Rules, 2023 published on 25.10.2023 and the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) as amended from time to time.
The aforesaid officer is required to join / take charge of the post of Technical Member (State) at the Principal Bench, GSTAT, New Delhi on or after the 1st of September, 2025, within four (04) weeks thereon. He is also requested to submit his medical fitness from an authority specified in this behalf by the State in which the above said state bench is located.
