Ministry of Finance appointed Mr. Arvind Kumar (retired as Additional Commissioner Grade-I, Ayodhya, UP) to the post of Technical Member (State) in Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) for a bench located in Uttar Pradesh.
