Compendium containing all provisions of Settlement of cases in Customs Act, C.Excise Act and FA Act,1994

The Settlement Commission has published a compendium containing all provisions related to ‘Settlement of cases’ in the Customs Act, Central Excise Act and the Finance Act 1994 (Service Tax), Rules, Procedures & forms. Three judgements of Hon’ble Supreme Courts and 25 judgements of Hon’ble High Court have also been included. The publication will serve as a useful reference for all law professionals to explore this alternative remedy for dispute settlement.
