Office of Commissioner of Customs NS-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra issued an Addendum to Public Notice no. 78/2017 dated 21.06.20217.
Attention to the Importers, Exporters, General Trade, Port Terminal Operator, Shipping Lines/Shipping Agents, CFSs and all other stakeholders is invited to the Public Notice No. 78/2017 dated 21.06.2017 issued by Commissioner of Customs (NS-II),JNCH regarding above subject.
2. In this regard, after Para 4.5 of the above Public Notice, the following shall be inserted:
“4.6 In case Shipping Bills under claim of drawback under Section 74, where ‘No Foreign Exchange Involved (NFEI)’ may be filed under Scheme Code 99 till DG systems makes provisions for filing of Shipping Bills under scheme code 19 with GR waiver condition, or provides a separate scheme code for this category of export, procedure as prescribed from Para 4.1 to 4.5 shall be followed.”
3. Other contents of the PN No. 78/2017 dated 21.06.2017 will remain unchanged.
4. The above addendum will be effective from the date of issue of Public Notice No. 78/2017 i.e. w.e.f. 21.06.2017.
