DGFT issued Public Notice No. 13/2025-26 dated 25.06.2025 regarding Amendment under Appendix 2T (List of Export Promotion Councils/Commodity Boards/Export Development Authorities) of Appendices and ANFs of FTP 2023
The Importer -Exporter Code (IEC) is a key business identification number which is mandatory for Exports or Imports. No person shall make any import or export except under an IEC Number granted by the DGFT.
Notification No. 46 dated 30.11.2023 has been amended to the extent that the period for export of Broken rice for the quantity already notified vide notification no. 46 dated 30.11.2023 specific to Senegal and Gambia through NCEL has been extended for further 6 months up to 30th November, 2024.
