DGFT issued Notification No. 41/2025-26 dated 10.10.2025 regarding Amendment in Import Policy Condition of Sulfadiazine API covered under Chapter 29 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy).
After a gap of about ten years, India and New Zealand on Sunday announced resumption of negotiations for a proposed free trade agreement to boost economic ties. India and New Zealand began negotiating the Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA) in April 2010 to boost trade in goods, services, and investment. However, after nine rounds of discussions, the talks stalled in 2015.
DGFT issued Notification no. 20/2024-25 on 05.07.2024 to make amendment in import policy conditions for items under ITC(HS) code 07019000 of Chapter 07 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule – I (Import Policy).
