Export of food commodities through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL)

The Directorate Generate of Foreign Trade (DGFT) issued Notification No. 11/2024-25 dated 06.05.2024 regarding export of food commodities through Export of food commodities through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL).

S.O. (E) – In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023 and in accordance with the provision contained in Para 2(iv) of Notification No. 20/2023 dated 20.07.2023, the Central Government permits export of the following food commodity through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL):-

Effect of the Notification:

The export of 14,000 MT of Non-Basmati White Rice to Mauritius has been permitted through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL).
