GST DAILY – 90 Furnishing of Bank Account Details on common portal after issuance of Registration Certificate

Now, the details of Bank Account is to be furnished on common portal within 30 days of grant of registration or before furnishing of R1 or using invoice furnishing facility, whichever is earlier.

Earlier it was 45 days.

The Central Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules 2023 issued to amend Rule 10A of CGST Rules 2017

✔️ In case of violation of Rule 10A the Registration Certificate may be suspended
