Notification no. 117/2025 dated 17.07.2025- Income tax

Department of Revenue issued notification no. 117/2025 dated 17.07.2025 to make further amendments in the notification no. S.O.532(E) dated 16.10.2018 as per the power conferred by section 50(1) of the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 (45 of 1988) and in consultation of the Chief Justice of the respective High Court.

In the table of the said notification dated 2018, –

(i) against serial number 5, for the entries under column (3), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Court of XII Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur.”;

(ii) against serial number 21, for the entries under column (3), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Special Court (Communal Riots), Jaipur.”
