CBIC issued Notification No. 05/2026-Customs dated 01.02.2026 to hereby rescinds the following notifications ..rescission, namely:-
CBIC issued Notification no. 41/2024-Customs on 31.07.2024 to amend notification No. 50/2017- Customs, dated 30.06.2017, in order to prescribe conditional BCD rate of 10% on Laboratory Chemicals [excluding undenatured ethyl alcohol of any alcoholic strength], falling under HS 9802 00 00, for specified use.
CBIC issued Notification No. 19/2025-Customs dated 20.03.2025 Seeking to amend notification No. 27/2011-Customs dated 01.03.2011 to withdraw the export duty of 20% on Onion (HS 0703 10) from 1 St April, 2025.
