Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued notification no. 66/2025 dated 19.06.2025 to hereby notify for the purposes of the clause (46) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, ‘Forum of Regulators’ (PAN: AAAJF0126G), an authority constituted by Govt. of India, Ministry of Power, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 166 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003) in respect of the following specified income arising to that authority, namely :-
