CBDT grant Income Tax Exemption to ‘Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre’ Under Section 10(46) of Income Tax Act, 1961.

CBDT issued notification no. 11/2026 dated 21.01.2026 to provide exemption u/s 10(46) of the Income tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) to ‘Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society’, a body constituted by the Government of Karnataka, in respect of the following specified income arising to the said body namely, as follows:
CBDT grant Income Tax Exemption to ‘Himachal Pradesh State Load Dispatch Centre, Shimla’ Under Section 10(46) of Income Tax Act, 1961.
CBDT issued notification no. 20/2025 dated 18.03.2025 whereby the Central Government specifies ‘Additional Chief Secretary (IT), Department of Information & Technology, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi’ for the purposes of the sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 138 of the Income tax Act, 1961 in connection with sharing of information regarding Income-tax payers for identifying eligible beneficiaries under the social welfare schemes of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
