Officer assigned as proper officer for the functions under various section of MPGST Act, 2017 – State MP

The Office of the Commissioner Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh, Indore issued Order No. 03/2024, reference No. 28/2017/24(B)/I/87 dated 18.04.2024 to assign the officers mentioned in column (4) of the table in the Order, the functions as the proper officer/ authorized officer in relation to the various sections of the said act or the rules made there under mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) and column (3) of the said table.
