STBA held a demonstration before the the Principal Commissioner, State Tax / T&T, Delhi to press some demands-Day2

Members of Sales Tax Bar Association (STBA) held a demonstration before the office of the Principal Commissioner, State Tax /T & T, Delhi today i.e. on 01 March 2024 to press for some of the some demands. Read : Demands

As a continuation to the demonstration STBA will abstain from work on 05.03.2024. The Members of the Sales Tax Bar Association (Regd.) will not appear before the officers of the GST Department in the cases, Appeals and Objections posted by hearing on 05.03.2024. Hence it is requested that no ex-parte order may be passed on 05.03.2024.
