Canada’s Justin Trudeau government imposes Rs 82 lakh fine on Infosys
Infosys is facing a penalty of over Rs 82 lakh in Canada. According to a report by the news agency PTI, The Justin Trudeau-led government has imposed a penalty of over 1.34 lakh Canadian dollars on the Indian IT company. The Canadian government alleged that the penalty on Infosys was imposed due to underpayment of employee health tax for the year ended December 31, 2020.
