Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, – a coordinating agency of the Central Government in personnel matters, issued Order No. 18/5/2025-EO(SM.II) dated 01.07.2025 regarding the appointment of Technical Members (State) in GST Appellate Tribunal of Uttar Pradesh.
Basis the recommendation of Search-cum-Selection Committee, the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, approved the appointment of following persons to the post of Technical Member (State) in Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) for three Benches in Uttar Pradesh.
The salary fixed for each member is Rs.2,25,000/- p.m and their tenure of service is 4 years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the said post, or till they attain the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.
