The Directorate Generate of Foreign Trade (DGFT) issued Addendum to Policy Circular No. 03/2024 dated 30.05.2024.
In reference to Policy Circular No. 03/2024 dated 30.05.2024, it is informed that such review will be applicable only for cases where Advance Authorisation was issued on or after 01.04.2019 and no review decision had already been taken by the NC.
