Assam State GST Order dt 10.06.2024
The Office of the Principal Commissioner of State Tax cum Commissioner of Taxes – Assam – Kar Bhawan issued an ORDER No. 1/2024 – GST dated 10.06.2024 to make partial modification in the Order No. 1/2021 – dated 02.01.2021 and thus has withdrawn the power as the proper officers of the officers mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below to administer the power as specified in relation to section of the said Act as mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said table:-
