Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) issued Notification No. 54/2025-26 dated 03.01.2026 to make Amendment in Import Policy & Policy condition of Low Ash Metallurgical Coke under Chapter 27 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy)
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the Import Policy of Low Ash Metallurgical Coke under Chapter 27 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy) , as under:
2. The Policy Condition No. 8 of Chapter 27 stands deleted.
