The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) in exercise of power conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, notifies the Handbook of Procedures, 2023. This shall come into force with effect from 01.04.2023. In this regard Public Notice No. 1/2023 dated 01.04.2023 was issued by DGFT.
