Recently, changes were made in the Form no. 3CD and 3CEB vide Notification No. 27/2024 dated 5.3.2024 and read along with Corrigendum by way of Notification No.34/2024 dated 19.3.2024. In order to help members understand the intricacies of the said forms and meeting the statutory obligation of furnishing these forms timely in an efficient manner, the Direct Taxes Committee of ICAI is in the process of finalizing the “Implementation Guide with respect to Changes in Form No. 3CD and Form No. 3CEB vide Notifications issued in March 2024”.
