CBDT issued Notification no. 27/2024/ F. No. 370142/3/2024-TPL G.S.R. 155(E) dated 05.03.2024 to further amend the Income-tax Rules, 1962. The rules may be called the Income-tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2024.
Amendment is made in Form 3CD, 3CEB, Form 65.

Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued notification no. 128/2024 dated 18.12.2024 to hereby notifies that no deduction of income-tax shall be made under Chapter XVII of the said Act on any payment received by the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises as referred to in clause (46B) of section 10 of the said Act.
CBDT issued notification no. 170/2025 dated 15.12.2025 to hereby direct the Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals) specified in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto, having their headquarters at the places specified in corresponding entries in column (3) of the Schedule, to exercise the powers and perform the functions in respect of following class of cases, namely:-
CBDT issued notification no. 69/2025 dated 25.06.2025 whereby the Central Government notifies that all the provisions of said Agreement and Protocol, as annexed hereto, shall be given effect to in the Union of India.
