Gujarat: Grievance Redressal Mechanism – Trade Notice 01/2025-26 dt 08.05.25

Office of the Chief Commissioner, Central GST and Central Circle, Vadodara Zone, Vadodara, Gujarat issued a TRADE NOTICE No. 01/2025-26 dated 08.05.2025

Kind attention is invited to the Instruction No. 04/2025-GST dated 02.05.2025 issued by the CBIC on the subject matter.

2. In pursuance of the aforesaid Instruction, it is hereby informed that Applicants whose Application Reference Numbers (ARNs) have been assigned to the Central jurisdiction and who have any grievance(s) related to their GST registration applications in respect of any query raised in contravention of the Instruction No. 03/2025-GST dated 17.04.2025 issued by the CBIC, regarding grounds of rejection of application etc. are encouraged to send grievances to the email address – vadodara-grievance@gov.in, containing ARN details, jurisdictions details (Centre /State) and issue in brief.

3. All the members of the Grievance Redressal Committee, Trade Associations and the Chambers of Commerce & Industry in the State of Gujarat are requested to circulate and publicize the contents of this Trade Notice, along with the above-mentioned Instruction, to the attention of their members. Difficulties, if any, may be brought to the notice of this office at vadodara-grievance@gov.in.
