CBIC issued Notification No. 07/2026-Customs (N.T.) dated 15.01.2026 to hereby make the following regulations to amend the Postal Export (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2022, namely:-
These regulations may be called the Postal Export (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Amendment Regulations, 2026
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette.
