Notification No.14/2024-Customs (ADD) dated 12.07.2024
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) issued Notification no. 14/2024-Customs (ADD) on 12.07.2024 seeking amend notification No. 14/2020-Customs (ADD) dated 9th June, 2020 in order to change the name of the producer viz. “ Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd ” to “Shell Singapore Pte. Ltd.”, in pursuance of DGTR recommendation .
