Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued notification no. 15/2026 dated 28.01.2026 to provide exemption u/s 10(46) of the Income tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) to ‘State Legal Service Authority Union Territory, Chandigarh (PAN: AAAGS1716A), an Authority constituted by the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act 39 of 1987), in respect of the following specified income arising to the said Authority, as follows:-
