Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) issued Notification no. 17/2024-Customs (ADD) dated 27.09.2024 which seeks to impose definitive anti dumping duty on the imports of “Isobutylene-Isoprene Rubber (‘IIR’)” originating in, or exported from People’s Republic of China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and United States of America and imported into India for a period of five years.
