Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued notification no. 44/2025 dated 06.05.2025 to notify FORM ITR-6 for A.Y. 2025-26. ITR-6 is for companies other than companies claiming exemption under section 11 / see rule 12 of the Income-tax Rules, 1962.

CBDT issued notification no. 5/2025 dated 03.01.2025 vide which the Central Government for the purpose of section 10(46) of IT Act, 1961 notifies ‘Karnataka State Horticulture Development Agency’ (PAN: AAALE0284C), a Society constituted by the Government of Karnataka, in respect of the following specified income arising to that Society.
CBDT issued notification no. 6/2026 dated 08.01.2026 providing exemption u/s 10(23EE) of the Income-tax Act, 1961(43 of 1961), to the Core Settlement Guarantee Fund, set up by AMC Repo Clearing Limited, a recognized clearing corporation, with respect to the assessment year 2024-25 and subsequent assessment years.
