Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued notification no. 46/2025 dated 09.05.2025 to introduce FORM ITR-7 for AY 2025-26.
The Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Income-tax Rules, 1962, namely: –
(1) These rules may be called the Income-tax (Eighteenth Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2025.

CBDT issued notification no. 2/2025 dated 02.01.2025 vide which the Central Government notifies that no deduction of income-tax under Chapter XVII of the said Act shall be made on the payments received by a credit guarantee fund established and wholly financed by the Central Government and managed by the National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Limited as referred to in sub-clause (ii) of clause (46B) of section 10 of the said Act.
CBDT issued notification no. 48/2025 dated 14.05.2025 , whereby the Central Government specifies the bond with the following particulars as zero coupon bond for the purposes of the said clause (48) of section 2 of the said Act, namely :-
