The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued Notification No. 52/2024 on 09.07.2024 to hereby specify Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC) & Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Co-operation Department, Government of Telangana for the purposes of sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 138 of the Income-tax Act, 1961.

S.O.: 2661(E) – In pursuance of sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 138 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Government hereby specifies Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC) & Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Co-operation Department, Government of Telangana for the purposes of said clause.
