GST Council in its 53rd meeting held on 22nd June 2024 has recommended change in GST rates on Goods and Services and also provided clarifications.

Accordingly, the CBIC has issued Notification No: 02 & 03/2024-Central Tax (Rate) both dated 12-Jul-2024 amending rate and exemption notification governing rate of Goods and services.
Now CBIC issued Circular No. 228/22/2024-GST & 229/23/2024 both dated 15-07- 2024 for Clarification regarding GST rates & classification (goods).
