Rates of Duty Drawback for certain specified goods amended w.e.f 03.05.2024

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) had issued Notification no. 33/2024-Customs (N.T.) on 30.04.2024 making amendment in the Notification no. 77/2023-Customs (N.T.) dated 20.10.2023. The said notification was effective from 03.05.2024. As a reminder the CBIC has released a flyer today highlighting the following change:

All India Rates of Duty Drawback in respect of certain commodities falling under Chapters 3, 16, 42, 63, 72, 75, 81, 85, 87, 88 and 93 have been amended. The changed rates will be effective from 03.05.2024.
