Tamil Nadu – Trade Notice No. 04/2025 dated 23.05.2025

Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, Central GST & Central Excise Zone – Tamil Nadu & Puducherry issued a Trade Notice 04/2025 dated 23.05.2025 on dedicated email Id for grievance redressal of taxpayers related to GST Registration.

CBIC vide Instruction No. 04/2025 dated 02.05.2025 had issued guidelines for Grievance Redressal Mechanism in processing Application of GST Registration.

2. As per the above instruction a dedicated email id regngrievance-prcco@gov.in has been created where the GST registration applicants/ taxpayers can raise their grievances related to GST registration. Applicants/ Taxpayers may send grievances containing the ARN details, jurisdiction details (Centre/ State) and issues in brief to the said Email id.

3. The above Email Id has been created to facilitate the trade and to redress the grievances related to GST registration.

4. All the Principal Commissioner/ Commissioners of this CGST Zone are requested to bring the contents of the Trade Notice to the attention of all the Officers under their charge and taxpayers /trade falling under their jurisdiction. The Commissioners are further requested to equip/ sensitize all the officers of divisions and ranges in each Commissionerate about the aforesaid Email id.

5. Trade and Industry Association / Chambers of Commerce are requested to bring the contents of the Trade Notice to the attention of all the Members and trade in general.

6. This issues with the approval of Principal Chief Commissioner, CGST & Central Excise, Chennai Zone.
