The Government of India, appoints Justice (Retd.) Sanjaya Kumar Mishra, Former Chief Justice, High Court of Jharkhand, to the post of President in Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal, for a period of 4 years w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till attaining the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier.
