Mr. Mohit Gupta is a practicing Chartered accountant and lawyer. He is a co-opted member of Indirect Tax Committee of NIRC of ICAI. He was associated with top tier Indirect Taxation advisory firms of India (APRA and Associates and Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan (LKS)).
He is a two-time rank-holder of CA institute examinations. He has been advising clients on a wide range of indirect tax matters including GST, Service tax, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, PLI and Legal metrology law. He has worked with clients in various industries like real estate, infrastructure sector, iron and steel, automobile, consumer durables, FMCG, consumer electronics, start-ups etc.
He is also a GST trainer faculty of ICAI. He has been giving seminars/webinars on various platforms from past several years. He has authored numerous books on various topics under GST, Service Tax and VAT.
