About: CA Swapnil Jain
Swapnil Jain is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, practicing in the field of Indirect Taxes. He specializes in field of GST law. He is a frequent writer on GST matters and is well-versed in all aspects of GST compliance, including registration, returns, audits and Litigation management. His articles have been published in the journals of various study circles viz. DTPA, ACAE & VIPCA. He is a regular speaker at various professional forums like National Academy of Customes & Indirect taxes (NACIN), EIRC ICAI, BBD Bag, VIPCA and DTPA study circles.
Apart from being a Chartered Accountant, he is a Registered Valuer and an Insolvency Professional. Currently serving as Special Invitee of VIP Road CA Circle, Co Chairman of IDT Committee of BBD Bag study circle and a member of IDT Kolkata Study Group, he has experience in handling GST compliance and litigation for various clients in sectors like, Real Estate, manufacturing to name a few.
