DGFT-Public Notice No. 11/2024-25 dated 12.06.2024

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) issued Public Notice No. 11/2024-25 dated 12.06.2024 to hereby include the specified agencies in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023 in terms of Para 2.52(c) of Handbook of Procedure (HBP), 2023 with immediate effect.

The notified PSIA must ensure to update their membership certificate of MRAI/ISRI/IFIA and their office address and contact details within 30 days.

Effect of this public notice: 16 Agencies are notified as PSIA and additional instruments in respect of 02 existing PSIAs have been notified. Area of operation of 24 existing PSIA has been revised.
