✔ Where petitioners-assessees failed to file reply to Show Cause Notice issued by respondent-department under Section 74, that led to passing of seizure memo directing seizure of cash, therefore, petitioners-assessees were granted one week time to file reply to aforesaid notice issued under Section 74; petitioners-assessees were free to approach Income Tax Department as remedy for release of cash amount seized from petitioners-assessees.
