CBIC issued Instruction no. 13/2025-Customs dated 02.06.2025 regarding Removal of Port Restrictions and Testing Requirements for Export of Finished Leather, Wet Blue Leather, El Tanned Leather and Crust Leather

GST Portal downtime 04.06.25

GSTN is taking downtime to enhance its services on the GST Portal on 04.06.2025 from 12:00 AM onwards until 6:30 am of 04.06.2025.

Summer break in June 2025 – Circular

Department of Trade & Taxes, Vyapar Bhawan I.P. Estate, New Delhi (Law & Judicial Branch) issued Circular dated 03.06.2025 announcing Summer break from 02.06.2025 to 30.06.2025

Due date to file Form 64A and 64E for AY 2025-26 has been preponed to 15th June 2025

Rule 12CA and Rule 12CC, has being amended changing the due date for submitting Form 64A and Form 64E by business and securitisation trusts from 30th November to 15th June of the following Financial Year.

ITR Form of ITR-1 and ITR-4 are enabled to file through Online mode

Excel Utilities of ITR-1 and ITR-4 for AY 2025-26 are also available for filing.

Ltd. set aside the Order passed by the Department of Trade & Taxes as the reply filed by the Assessee alongwith the supporting documents were not considered and the opportunity of being heard was also not provided before passing the Order.
