Notification No. 39/2024-Customs (N.T.) dated 05.06.2024
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) issued Notification No. 39/2024 – Customs (N.T.) dated 05.06.2024 to hereby appoint officers to exercise the powers and discharge duties conferred or imposed on officers in respect of Noticee specified in the notification for purpose of adjudication of show cause notices mentioned in the notification.
