Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued notification no. 41/2025 dated 30.04.2025 to prescribe ITR-3
These rules may be called the Income-tax (Thirteenth Amendment) Rules, 2025;
They shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2025;
FORM ITR-3 is prescribed for A.Y. 2025-26
